Riding the famous Porcupine Rim bike trail.

Another “must do” ride. 43km on the bike, 32 km on the trail. Uf. The legs are feeling little bit heavy after 30km ride yesterday on Slickrock, but I feel much better when we reach the top and amazing views of the Castle Valley.  I read a few scary things about the trail and I saw 2 bikers with neck and sholder  injuries walking out. I can’t imagine how anybody could ride this in the summer.  As fun as this trail can be, if you screw up, you are screwed because there is nobody there to help you. Seeing those injured bikers affected my mood a little bit. I made sure I was more focused and wasn’t looking around for the photo opportunities while I rode. We finished off with a 10 km ride into town, loaded with more awesome news.
